Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Debug My Physique application or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Account & Eligibility

To use Debug My Physique, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide an accurate and valid email address when registering
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions (Pro)

Debug My Physique offers a Pro subscription tier with enhanced features including cloud sync, AI food scanning, and advanced analytics. The following terms apply to Pro subscriptions:

• Pro subscriptions are billed via Apple In-App Purchase and are offered on monthly or annual auto-renewing terms as displayed in the app listing
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account. To cancel, go to iOS Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions and select Debug My Physique
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain Pro access until the period expires
• Refunds are not provided except as required by applicable law. For refund requests, contact Apple directly via the App Store

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Attempt to access, query, or modify other users' data
• Commercially redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Service

Health Disclaimer

Debug My Physique provides fitness tracking and planning tools designed to help you log and monitor your training and nutrition. This Service is NOT medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical guidance.

Consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern. The AI food-scan feature estimates macronutrients based on visual input and may be inaccurate — do not rely solely on these estimates for clinical dietary needs.

Intellectual Property

The Debug My Physique application, including its design, workout templates, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any portion of the app without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the personal data you log within the app — your food entries, workout sessions, measurements, and plan configurations are your data.

User Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, which third-party services process it, and how you can request deletion. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time by sending a request to privacy@debugmyphysique.com. Upon deletion, your associated data will be removed from our servers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

In any event, the operator's total liability to you shall be limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$50.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the operator, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version of these terms will always be available at debugmyphysique.com/terms.
